Every structure on the block, under one roof.

Why choose Glacier Point

Ten-plus years of practice in this market, carried into every calculation, detail, and stamp. Contractors, architects, developers, and homeowners choose a structural engineer on credibility, responsiveness, and breadth. These four commitments are how Glacier Point earns all three on every project, from a one-page engineer letter to a full set of construction documents.

Process

From scope call to construction

Defined scope, written deliverables, and answers at every stage. The same engineer who scopes the project designs it, seals it, and answers the plan reviewer and the contractor, so nothing is lost in a handoff.

  1. Stage 01

    Scope call

Share drawings, a survey, photos, or just the address. We confirm what the building department will require and whether the project is a fit.

  2. Stage 02

    Proposal

A written proposal that lists deliverables, schedule, and exclusions, so there are no surprises at invoice.

  3. Stage 03

    Design

Analysis and design to the governing code, coordinated with your architect, civil engineer, and geotechnical report. You review the set before it is stamped.

  4. Stage 04

    Sealed drawings

Signed construction documents and calculations, with plan-review comments answered by the people who did the design.

  5. Stage 05

    Construction

Submittal and RFI review, site observations at the milestones that matter, and the letters your inspector asks for.
